On Sat 17 November at IBA, Ven Kunsang Choephel will give an introduction to the Tibetan Buddhist perspective on death and dying. In this context the Tibetan term ‘bardo’ refers to an intermediate period of time between death and rebirth, during which our consciousness is said to undergo a series of transitional experiential states. Ven Kunsang Choephel will talk about how to prepare for death according to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. The teaching will be in English and all are welcome. Arrive at 9am for tea.
