Pujas leading up to the consecration and inauguration of Boudha stupa began today with a purification ceremony, carried out by all four major traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. His Eminence Ratna Vajra Rinpoche led the Sakya prayers, held on the western side of the stupa opposite Jamchen monastery, with HE Gar Shabdrung Rinpoche, HE Chogye Shabdrung Rinpoche, Khenpo Ngawang Jorden and the Sakya sangha.
