On Saturday 19 August 2017 His Holiness Ratna Vajra Rinpoche the 42nd Sakya Trizin gave a long life empowerment to the many thousands of people who came to Tharlam Monastery in Boudha, Kathmandu. His Holiness is in Nepal for 3 weeks giving teachings at the International Buddhist Academy, Kathmandu. The ceremonies were organised by Tharlam Monastery. After the prayer ceremonies, Tibetan dancers performed traditional dances for His Holiness who then blessed the thousands of people lined up for His blessing. It was a wonderful and well organised day.
