IBA is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate several teams to develop and implement projects for our monastic and lay students. The teams are responsible for education programs for monks, Buddhist philosophy programs for lay students and translation projects. Candidates for this position should have good people and management skills. Other desirable qualities are good computer and AV skills as well as financial skills such as budgeting, bookkeeping and fundraising. Some familiarity with academic Tibetan language translation community and being a practitioner of Buddhism would also be considered helpful, though not essential. This is a permanent position and salary will be negotiable, dependent on experience and skills. Applicants should be Nepali citizens or permanent residents.
