As special Losar 2021 events IBA is performing the ‘Grand Gutor Puja’ with ‘Propitiation of Mahakala’ on February 7th, 2021 and the ‘Obstacle Dispelling Tara Ritual’ (Drolma Yuldok) from February 8th to 10th, 2021.
‘The Grand Gutor Puja’ (Gutor Chenmo) is traditionally performed towards the end of the last Tibetan lunar month of the year. The purpose of this puja is to clear away all of the sickness, suffering, bad luck and obstacles of the past year and to request the blessing of an auspicious fresh start for the year to come.
The ‘Drolma Yuldok ’ ritual, is regarded as one of the most efficacious obstacle dispelling and wish-fulfilling rituals of the deity Tara.
