HE Thartse Khen Rinpoche has kindly consented to bestow empowerment of White Tara and to give teachings on the practice at Tharlam Monastery. This practice is to be done in a one month retreat as a preliminary to the offering of a Long Life Mandala to HH 41st Sakya Trizin during a grand Tenshuk Ceremony at the 2016 Sakya Monlam. Many IBA monks and staff will undertake this retreat.
