Congratulations to IBA scholar and teacher, Ven Ngawang Tenzin who was honoured to have briefed His Excellency Sam Brownback, former Senator and current US Ambassador At Large for International Religious Freedom, about the history of the great Boudnanath Stupa as per the humble request from US Embassy Kathmandu. Events such as this really highlight the importance of our Sakya monks learning English and other languages including Chinese. Well done.
