A grand puja is being held at IBA today on the Eleventh Anniversary of our Guru Khenchen Appey Rinpoche’s parinirvana. This auspicious day is also known as the Three-fold Memory Day as it coincides the anniversary of Drogon Choegyal Phakpa and Deshung Ajam Rinpoche. We have received kind consent from His Eminence the 27th Chogye Trichen Rinpoche to preside over the puja. Deshung Tulku Rinpoche and Tharig Tulku Rinpoche will also take part into the Puja. Taking into consideration the Omicron pandemic, a limited number of members are requested to participate in the Puja. Ten senior monks and nuns from each of the monasteries within Kathmandu valley are invited. For those unable to attend, we will remember you in prayers during the puja.
