On 19th August, His Holiness Ratna Vajra Rinpoche gave a teaching for TCP students via Zoom on Ngondro practices. The teaching was organised by Lama Choedak Rinpoche and Sakya Losal Choe Dzong in Australia. His Holiness gave general advice about the practices which was of great benefit to those who joined the meeting.
Khenpo Jorden’s first zoom teaching has begun, covering the initial fifteen verses of Chapter Five of Bodhicaryavatara. The Sakya Tsechen Phuntsog Choling Centre in Hong Kong provided onscreen the prayers and text for the teaching, as well as a Chinese translation given by Wong Wei.

Khenpo Jorden completed his teaching on Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend after fifteen days of wonderful words of wisdom, giving us inspiration on how to improve our lives and move along the path to liberation.
Khenpo Jorden has started teaching this text to a small, but dedicated and very appreciative audience of lay students and sangha. Ven Kunsang Choephel is leading a meditation group each morning and Vanessa Fairall is kindly offering a yoga class each afternoon.
The Great Sakya Monlam for World Peace is being held in Bodhgaya for the second time since moving its location from Lumbini. Situated under the Bodhi tree, with His Holiness Ratna Vajra Rinpoche and His Eminence Gyana Vajra Rinpoche presiding over the thousands of Sangha and lay devotees attending, the scene was inspiring and blissful.[…]
